Medication use will be discussed between each licensed provider and patient based on the medical needs. Generally we use GLP-1 injections including Wegovy, Zepbound, Sexanda, and oral medicationS including phentermine and Contrave. Some other supplements may recommended too. We provide the prescription order and the medication will be provided by the pharmacy.
Our body composition program is designed to help you improve your ratio of muscle to fat through personalized nutrition, strength training, and metabolic health optimization. By focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes and tracking key metrics, we aim to enhance your physical performance, appearance, and long-term health.
You’ll begin with a virtual or in-person consultation with our nurse practitioner to review your medical history, current medications, and your health goals. If appropriate, over the counter supplements, prescription medications, as well as nutrition and exercises plan with be discussed.
We operate on a self-pay basis, but we do accept FSA/HSA cards where applicable. Also we can provide a copy of super-bill if you would like submit to your insurance company for reimbursment.
You will receive ongoing support from our licensed medical provider including progress check-ins, and nutritional guidance. Your safety and long-term success are our top priorities.
